A crane has taken up residence on a construction site at the corner of Washington Boulevard and Atlantic Street, an area that is under development by Building and Land Technology.

The site will house a 16-story residential building with 391 apartments for rent, according to a representative for the company.

The building's name and branding is still under development, according to the company.

Just up Atlantic Street a crane towers over the future site of Stamford's Atlantic Station. That development will contain 40,000 square feet of retail space and restaurants, 650 apartments and parking for more than 800 cars, according to the developer.
